1. Agreement Overview

By subscribing to MySuites Collective LLC, you agree to follow the terms outlined in this agreement.

2. Subscription and Fees

A. MySuites Collective LLC operates on a subscription basis, and the fees are outlined in the pricing plans.

B. Activation and setup fees are non-refundable, unless they are waived as part of a promotional offer.

C. Additional charges may apply for Email, SMS, MMS, Voice Calls, and AI Messaging services. These will be billed separately from your subscription. If you miss payment deadlines, delays and extra fees may apply.

D. To ensure smooth payment processing, users are encouraged to keep non-prepaid cards on file for their e-wallet.

3. Requirements and Access

A. Users must have a branded domain and email address to use MySuites Collective LLC.

B. Phone numbers cannot be transferred to MySuites Collective LLC. Instead, a leased phone number will be provided for your brand.

C. Compliance with all requirements is essential for a smooth user experience.

4. Termination and Cancellation

A. The MySuites Collective Team reserves the right to terminate access for malicious or unauthorized behavior.

B. If your access is terminated, you will lose access to the platform. However, you will still be able to export a basic contact list with minimal information.

C. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must provide 30 days' notice to disconnect any integrated tools.

D. Immediate cancellation will result in the deletion of all your data from the platform.

5. Confidentiality and Non-Compete

A. Users must keep proprietary information, such as software, content, strategies, and trade secrets, confidential.

B. Sharing proprietary information with third parties is prohibited without written consent from the MySuites Collective Team.

C. Users are not allowed to copy, reverse-engineer, or replicate MySuites Collective LLC’s methods, tools, or strategies.

D. The confidentiality and non-compete obligations will continue even after this agreement ends. Users agree not to share proprietary information or start a competing business.

6. Account Sharing, Transferring, or Sub-Leasing

MySuites Collective LLC does not allow sharing, selling, or transferring account ownership. Accounts cannot be sublet or used for any business other than the account owner’s. Agencies cannot host content or offer services using their accounts. Users may add staff to their account with separate usernames and logins, but the account must only be used for the main user’s business.

The MySuites Collective Team is not responsible for ownership disputes. The person currently paying for the account is considered the sole and rightful owner.

Account ownership transfers will only be considered if both the current owner and the new recipient provide written consent. Once the transfer is approved, it is final, and the new recipient becomes responsible for future payments.

Data and account transfers outside of

MySuites Collective LLC are not allowed.

7. Monitoring and Usage

A. The platform is monitored 24/7 to ensure users comply with account and usage limits.

B. Misuse, including unauthorized access or reverse engineering, may lead to immediate termination of access.

8. Feedback and Testimonials

The MySuites Collective Team may use your feedback and testimonials for marketing purposes without offering additional compensation.

9. General Provisions

A. This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MySuites Collective LLC is headquartered.

B. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

C. Subscription, activation, and setup fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

D. Users are encouraged to pause their subscription instead of canceling to retain access to the platform.
