Each account will have an e-wallet that you can load with communication credits. Communication providers charge platforms to send and receive texts & emails. Most companies charge you for a set amount of credits with your membership and limit your contact storage to recover what they are charged. We do not put a limit on the amount of contacts you can have in your Suite , so instead of guessing how many credits you will need, you choose how many credits you would like to pre-load. This allows you to only pay for what you want to use and gives you the ability to use them at any time. Your credits never expire. Credits will automatically reload to your E-Wallet at the amount you set when you start to run low, so that your communication will never be interrupted.
Each account will set up a phone number to use with their Suite. You will need to get your new phone number verified. This is now required by the government for all businesses, individuals, and organizations using a web-based phone number. They charge a $27 fee to go through the verification process. Verification proves you are a real business, person, or organization and also improves your text deliverability. Your Suite team will do all the work to complete the verification process for you - however, members will be responsible for this fee at the time of verification.

Your Email Builder in your Suite is very user friendly and allows you to build out beautiful email templates that you can use over and over again. Your email templates can also be easily shared to your Team Member Accounts so that everyone in your organization can use your branded content.

Everything in your Suite can be automated. All communication can be automated and almost every feature in your platform can be connected to the same automation. You can easily go live, pre-record, host meetings, hold video chats, plus - organize & share all of your recordings, in one tool! Your audience no longer needs Facebook, YouTube, Zoom or any other platform/app to attend or participate in the chat. All they need is your branded link and you can decide if they are joining you on or off screen for that meeting or event.

Can I live-stream into other platforms?
You can live-stream into YouTube if you would like and your participants can watch live on Facebook with your branded link. Facebook removed their API so that platforms can no longer live-stream into FB. However, you can easily post your live link and your audience can click on it to immediately join your live event. We provide you with lots of ideas and strategies for using your live streaming feature both on and off of FB.
